I'm not fucking around with the spread. I do believe it hits but I have no problem putting down $3000 to win over $1000.

Aaron the GOAT Rodgers picks apart a defense like no other. (Maybe Joe Montana and Peyton Manning can compare)

Garoppolo will do what he does. Make a bonehead play or two like he did against Dallas. Except the Packers aren't the Cowgirls.

Packers are also getting some key players back on defense and that run game to complement the fluent passing game will be too much for 49ers.

Fact of the matter is Jimmy is going to be in over his head. I know this guy. He does not have the IT factor. He's had some shining moments this season but that's it.

Kyle's game plan will keep them in it for a bit maybe, but eventually Jimmy is going to have to score points and orchestrate drive after drive to keep up with Rodgers in the frozen tundra.

Expensive moneyline at -235? I don't think so. I think it's a fucken gift.

Won a nice pounder on that Tampa with Raiders teaser. Rams looking great and should cash. I'm hitting Packers moneyline even harder.

GREEN BAY PACKERS MONEYLINE! BACK UP THE MOTHERFUCKEN MONEY TRUCK AND UNLOAD!!

If you are that indecisive about a moderate number on the spread, then I don't get why you're so confident in the moneyline

What has changed since two years ago when San Fran killed Green Bay......they have a first round back up QB?

San Fran is not a team anyone should want to see in the playoffs. They are winning games on the offense and defensive lines.

You must not look at any stats. Here are a couple you didnt know. Who leads the league in net yards per pass attempt? Try San Fran.

Lets try again. Which team has the third worst defense in yards per rush attempt? Did you guess Green Bay?

How about who is 28th in the league in red zone defense? Did you guess Green Bay?

One last one. Which team is number one in red zone offense? Hopefully you have the hang of this by now. Its not Green Bay

Just replace "Green Bay" with the word "Dallas" in every post above and you know exactly where we were a week ago.

I loved San Fran against Dallas. Played money line first quarter, half, game and alternate moneyline minus 3.5.

Dallas and Green Bay have something else in common......their divisions both sucked. The west was by far the best division in the NFC. Look what happened to Philadelphia and Dallas.

I was leaning toward GB but our resident clown now has me seriously contemplating SF.

GB does have Aaron Rodgers, that's a big difference. But Dallas was supposed to have some all world defense, almost offsets the QB

I'm just playing devils advocate, I respect SF

PS: and I don't respect the OP either

For starters their inside backers are different with Campbell being an All-pro. Alexander and Savage were wet behind the ears 22 year olds in 2019, now they're seasoned vets.

Bakhtiari looks like he's back. If Alexander and Smith return the Packers should win the Super Bowl. The only problem I foresee is the refs and Crosby! You can't have a repeat of last year where Lazards blatant hold does not get called which results in an INT. Crosby has been god awful this year. He could conceivably blow it for the Packs

This is a Super Bowl or bust year for the Packers. Anything less than a championship is a failure

nothing i enjoy more on therxforum than when some unknown with 8 posts pops on pushing a bunch of stats which don't correlate (SF yppa vs GB yppr allowed...uh, ok) and telling us he won quadzillion dollars due to his superior football betting iq

thanks, rx, you never disappoint

is Ricky Ricardo still bouncing around pulling his tough-guy routine following bookie report to post his updated record? that would also give me tremendous joy

:)

in stats that actually correlate I would agree the numbers point to SF if you aren't concerned about Jimmy G on the road in Packertown, that is

DVOA's SF offense #5 vs GB defense #22 is a problem but you better get them early. GB's 1H defense is #27 but they get much better throughout the game (#12 2H, #6 in close game late)

love the due cherry picking SF's #1 YPPA and then not posting GB's #4 YPPA defense but instead posting their yards per rush defense. glee

Will a very cold day benefit Gbay?
strange but true...Jimmy Garoppolo has never thrown a pass in a game <40 degrees at kickoff (according to ESPN). 122 QB's including 101 starters have done so in L8 years, Jimmy ain't one of them

should be around 10-15 degrees at kickoff

We're not sure if Jimmy G is even going to play as he has 2 different injuries.

Do we trust Trey Lance in this situation?

Will Bosa and/or Warner be back?

I dont like laying heavy wood ML in the NFL playoffs....Seen enough crazy things

Niners built for this weather IMO

I think Lance could make them even more dangerous. The dude can play

Garoppolo isn't built for Green Bay and Lance isn't walking into Green Bay and beating The Packers. The guy will choke. As good as a game plan Kyle will have (and I've stated many times I love his play calling) Lance will choke. Garoppolo is definitely a choker.

Packers are built for the weather too. We know Rodgers is. But now they have Dhillon and Aaron Jones who are punishing.

Bakhtiari going to play I'm pretty sure. Za’Darius Smith, Jaire Alexander, Scantling and more. This Packers team is reloaded and rejuvenated.

Packers can be beat by the San Fran run game, I'll give you that. But San Fran's secondary is weak and that's the last weakness you want against a prolific packers offense. Especially if Bosa doesn't play.

San Fran's D and run game can keep them in it, but in today's game it inevitably turns into a situation where it lands on the quarterback's shoulders. Unlike back in the day when you can win games and championships with a weak QB and a lethal defense and run game.

I would love it if Lance plays. As much I don't respect Jimmy, he is better suiting for his quick release, shorter passes in this offense which attacks the middle of the field. Lance holds the ball longer and is moreso a gunslinger. Packers defense would eat him alive.

I really hope Jimmy's injury affects his game. I would love either a banged up Garoppolo or healthy Lance.

Packers got screwed bad by the refs last season against Tampa with that terrible call. We all know it come on. Not to mention his defense let him down (the fuck with that idiotic TD given up right before the half! Come on junior? Rodgers constantly dealing with dumb shit like that and the refs) but no excuses this season. His team is solid. No excuse not to go to the Superbowl.

I don't agree that anything less than a Superbowl win means he choked cause you got my man Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs and no shame losing to them. But if they fall short and don't make it to the Superbowl (even with the Rams looking stacked and deadly) it's a failure.

Long post. I'm just excited for the matchups this season. Seems like a more exciting set of teams and match ups. So many of these teams are legit contenders.

I just hope Packers make it to the Superbowl. I have my Packers +900 (posted here quite awhile ago) and I decided I'm not hedging unless they get to the Superbowl. It's be tempting if they face the Rams but I'll let it ride.

I'm not worried about San Fran QB but I'll tell you who I AM concerned about. Deebo fucken Samuels! He's a one man wrecking crew.

They weren't even playing him in the run game that much earlier were they? Green Bay better have a good plan for him cause that guy is a game wrecker. If I'm the Green Bay coaches I'm less worried about the quarterback and more worried about devising a game plan to shut him down. Haha. Half joking.

Yeah, they better be ready for him. God knows what else Kyle has planned. I've seen that guy win games on schemes alone. But it won't be enough. Packers win it and Deebo is injury prone anyways. Let's see him run wild in the cold weather against that Packers defense like he did against Dallas.
